I Feel Better When
Rethinkyourmind is a collaboration of music artists including Mark Morriss (lead singer of former hitmakers The Bluetones & has since released 4 solo albums), Lucy Ward (a BBC award winning acoustic artist), the Leicester based acoustic band Refuge which features rethinkyourmind founder Pete Hirst, Tara Pasveer (Peterborough college music student from The Hague), Pippa Gearing & Lizzie Deane (choir leaders & members of ‘Voxed up’ duo) and last, but by no means least , the magnificent Rethinkyourmind choir made up of 150 wonderful people who came together to sing for wellbeing
This single is the central focus of the rethinkyourmind project that encourages people to contemplate this statement and then express what makes them feel better in an artistic form. It uses music as the medium and it serves to remind us how good it can feel to sing uplifting songs and how powerful it can be, to bring many voices together to sing for one purpose: feeling better!
